1. Acceptance of Terms

By using and/or placing an order on CoversAndBanners.shop, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or purchase any products.

2. Products, Customization & Third‑Party Suppliers

We offer custom banners, covers, and related products. When you place an order, we purchase and customize products through third‑party suppliers (e.g. BannerBuzz, Covers&All).

We are not responsible for any supplier’s own delays, defects, or issues, though we will assist to the best of our ability.

Color matching is best effort only; slight variations from what appears on screen are not considered defects.

Designs must be final when submitted; we do not proofread your content. Any error in your design (text, spelling, layout) is your responsibility.

3. Orders, Payment & Pricing

Payment in full is required at the time you place your order.

Prices are as listed; any taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipping are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment fails or information is incomplete.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided, but not guaranteed. Delays caused by third‑party carriers, customs, or external circumstances are not our responsibility.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once goods are shipped from our supplier.

5. Refunds, Returns & Warranty

We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects for 120 days from delivery.

To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us with photographs and details of the defect within that period.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (price paid for product, excluding shipping), at our discretion upon verification.

No refunds for change of mind, color differences, or errors arising from your design submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except for breach of warranties or obligations under these Terms, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoversAndBanners.shop, its employees and agents, from any losses, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of third‑party rights.

8. Account & Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

9. Privacy Policy

We use and process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

After termination, any outstanding obligations (payments, rights, etc.) remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Philippines under rules of a recognized arbitration body.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of CoversAndBanners.shop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid, it will be severed; the rest remain in force.
These Terms (with Privacy Policy and other site policies) constitute the full agreement between you and CoversAndBanners.shop.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays from causes beyond our control (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.).
