Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to all orders purchased from CoversAndBanners.shop. Because we operate via dropshipping using suppliers like CoversandAll and BannerBuzz, this policy aligns with theirs to ensure consistency.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

Non‑Custom / Standard Items

  • If a non-custom product arrives damaged, defective, lost in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you may request a refund or replacement.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom items (printed, personalized, or cut to your specifications) are not eligible for refund, unless there is an error on our or the supplier’s part (e.g., misprint, wrong dimensions, defect).
  • In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or size (within normal tolerances) are not grounds for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return / Replacement / Refund

  1. Contact us at info@coversandbanners.shop within the allowed period (e.g., 3 days for non-custom, 7 days for defects) with:
    • Order number
    • Photos clearly showing the issue (damage, defect, measurement error)
    • Description of the problem
  2. We will evaluate your request, and if approved, instruct you how to return the product (if necessary) or proceed with a replacement/refund.
  3. For defective or error cases, we may cover return shipping. Otherwise, you may need to bear shipping costs (unless we agree otherwise).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval (subject to your bank/payment processor).
  • If a refund request is made after the allowed period, we may offer store credit instead (valid for a certain period).

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom items produced correctly per specifications
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Shipping fees and handling are typically non-refundable

6. Warranty & Guarantee

  • We offer a guarantee for manufacturing defects up to a period (e.g., 120 days) consistent with our suppliers.
  • If a defect is found within that period, we will replace the product, provide store credit, or refund — determined case-by-case.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear, or environmental factors.

7. International / Dropship Items

Some products ship from overseas; return shipping times and costs may be higher. We will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution for returns or replacements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy periodically. The latest version will be posted on our website with updated “Last Updated” date.
